Site Plan

Grading and excavation of home site.

Excavation of foundation, 2 ft over dig

Foundation footings shall be concrete with wall ties and nailing anchors

Foundation walls 88 thick STD, 10thick 9ft walls

Drain
tiles will be installed on both sides of foundation footers.

Sump-pump will be set per plan, natural drain basements do not get pump.

Dirt
from excavation will be used on site.

All flat
work concrete shall be poured and 4 thick, cracking or repair per
building code

Support
beams will be steel I Beams. Steel posts will be welded to I-BEAM

will get a rough in for future paddle fans. Washer, Dryer, Microwave and
Range are all standard rough in.

Insulation will have a minimum R-30 rating for ceilings. Walls will have a
fiberglass batt. Fire stops STD.

Drywall
to be ½ throughout the home with smooth ceilings. Garage areas not
adjoining heated spaces and walls down the basement steps are not
finished. Door top of steps STD.

Cabinets
are per plan and will be priced with flat panel oak trim. Formica tops and
cultured vanity tops are included.

will be 2 coats of Sherwin Williams, Porter paints or equivalent with flat
wall paint and Semi-gloss for woodwork

will be upgrade Jeld-Wen limited, lifetime warranty, white-or sand tone
color, grids front only, insulated high quality vinyl single hung.
